A date for your diaries July 12th 2026
Ken Wainwright has set this date free for anyone who would like to visit Rippingale.
We made a visit there last year for the AGM so for anyone who missed this there is an other chance for you to go.
It’s a fabulous well preserved Railway Station which was on the Sleaford to Bourne Branch of the Great Northern Railway.
Ken and Marc have four model railways, lots of metal signs, a collection of ticket machines and much much more.
Transport is tricky especially on a Sunday but I am happy to give people a lift from Stamford which is the nearest station. To make matters more complicated no trains run in the mornings on a Sunday. If people can car share so much the better.
