Elan Valley Railway. Powys (Radnorshire): The closure of the NCN 81 foot/cycle path through the Devil’s Gulch cutting because of rock falls is to be made permanent and a diversion constructed around the side. Construction is due to start in Sep for completion in Apr 2023, subject to the usual environmental surveys etc.
